- Check the PPE, SCBA, fire extinguisher, assembly point, windsock, location etc. - Responsible for measurements of API gravity, gas gravity, pH, salinity, BS&W, H2S, etc. - Responsible for the operation of the GOR test unit. - Responsible for timely readings, mobilization, rig-up & rig-down. - Assist the Sr. Operator in all related job practices. - Report to the Supervisor.
• Lead and supervise the slickline crew during field operations. • Assign tasks and ensure all crew members understand their responsibilities. • Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior operators and assistants. • Review job programs and coordinate with engineers and clients to ensure readiness. • Oversee rig-up and rig-down of slickline equipment at the wellsite. • Ensure proper tool string configuration and depth control for each operation. • Conduct pre-job safety meetings and hazard assessments. • Enforce adherence to HSE policies and emergency procedures. • Ensure all crew members use appropriate PPE and follow safe work practices • Inspect, maintain, and ensure readiness of all slickline tools and pressure control equipment. • Supervise redressing and calibration of tools before and after jobs. • Maintain inventory of tools and consumables.
- Must be able to perform general maintenance fitting duties using hand and machine tools. Must know the permit to work system procedures to work inside a running plant. - Must assist in stripping, adjusting and reassembling machinery or mechanical equipment such as all types of pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, gear drives, winches and pulling equipment, overhead and jib cranes, valves, metal pipes and the like. - Must be skilled in using precision measuring tools and instruments such as micrometers, vernier callipers and the like, using dial indicators and making simple conversions from metric to English measurements or vice-versa. - Must be skilled in cutting and shaping of metal parts and fabricating small parts to close tolerance. - Must have the ability to make and/or work from sketches and generally assist welders in the fabrication of frameworks. - He shall be capable of fabricating pipeline sections and assemblies, able to read and understand isometric drawings and prepare piping sketches. - All fabricators shall be tested for their competency in pipe and steel structure - must have experience in carbon steel & SS piping work fabrication
- Control plant startup, normal operations, and shutdown activities through the DCS. - Monitor and adjust operating conditions and process parameters. - Operate Emerson DeltaV control system panels. - Respond appropriately to plant emergencies and operational upsets. - Coordinate with relevant teams during startup, shutdown, emergencies, and unit disturbances. - Operate and troubleshoot plant equipment. - Provide operational instructions to field operators. - Ensure all activities are conducted safely and in accordance with the Permit-to-Work system. - Maintain process specifications within the client’s approved limits. - Support the Shift Supervisor in running the plant and covering operational requirements. - Report equipment defects and coordinate with the Maintenance team for rectification. - Prepare daily and monthly production reports.
- Carry out daily routine inspections and checks of rotating equipment. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on rotating equipment. - Carry out alignment work on rotating equipment. - Support the Mechanical Supervisor (Rotating) in technical maintenance activities. - Assist with troubleshooting and resolving rotating equipment issues. - Support equipment overhauling activities as required. - Ensure maintenance activities are carried out properly and safely.
- Perform and supervise plant mechanical operations and maintenance activities. - Conduct detailed inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mechanical equipment. - Handle and service centrifugal and reciprocating pumps. - Supervise the erection and construction of rotary and static equipment. - Prepare daily work schedules and distribute tasks among workers. - Conduct weekly safety meetings and communicate new safety rules and safety observations. - Review and study equipment operation manuals to support optimum production. - Coordinate mechanical maintenance and erection activities in accordance with operational and safety requirements.
- Supervisor oversees rigging and lifting activities at site. - Ensuring all operations are executed safely and in line with approved lifting plans, method statements, risk assessments, and permit requirements. - Supervise riggers, signalmen, and other personnel. - Lead pre-job toolbox talks, and coordinate with crane operators, banksmen/signalmen, construction teams, and other departments to support safe lifting. - Supervising related installation activities such as piping fabrication/erection/testing, steel structure erection, mechanical equipment/skid erection, tie-in works, and subcontractor work at both shop and site. - Verify lifting equipment certification and inspection status, maintain lifting documentation, monitor site conditions during lifts, and stop work when unsafe conditions or deviations are identified.
- Support the Operations Team in daily field and plant activities. - Coordinate with operations staff in troubleshooting process and operational issues. - Assist in monitoring process operations and plant conditions. - Perform work according to company procedures and operational standards. - Develop problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities. - Maintain awareness and compliance with HSE requirements during all activities.
- Perform inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment. - Overhaul and maintain pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, and gas engine generators. - Carry out maintenance of static equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, boilers, and piping systems. - Conduct alignment, vibration monitoring, and condition assessment of rotating equipment. - Analyze mechanical failures and recommend corrective actions. - Execute preventive maintenance programs and lubrication activities. - Interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and technical specifications. - Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and best maintenance practices.
- Operate and monitor Oil & Gas production facilities safely and efficiently. - Conduct routine field inspections and monitor plant operating conditions. - Handle plant upsets, abnormalities, and emergency situations during operations. - Record operating parameters and report equipment defects or process deviations. - Support operational and maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted production. - Monitor process chemical inventory and field housekeeping standards. - Adhere to company HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
- Carry out corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of instrumentation systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve instrument and control system failures. - Perform calibration, testing, and adjustment of field instruments. - Execute instrumentation modifications and upgrades as per operational requirements. - Support commissioning and startup activities for new projects and equipment. - Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and technical documentation. - Ensure compliance with company HSE procedures and standards.
- Install, maintain, inspect, and repair electrical equipment and plant machinery. - Diagnose electrical faults and troubleshoot system failures using testing equipment. - Perform preventive maintenance on plant electrical systems and substations. - Execute Lock Out / Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and ensure compliance with safety standards. - Support commissioning, testing, and startup of new equipment and facilities. - Respond to operational emergencies and provide technical support when required. - Prepare maintenance reports and maintain accurate work records.
The HSE / Safety Officer ensures compliance with SPETCO HSE requirements and helps promote a strong safety culture across daily oil & gas operations. The role supports the HSE department by closing site HSE issues, conducting regular site risk assessments and job safety analyses, and maintaining accurate HSE records. You will report and investigate unsafe conditions or acts, manage incident reporting and follow-up preventive measures, and conduct daily field visits and HSE inspections. The position also includes monitoring high-risk activities (such as confined space, height, excavation, hot work, and radiography), confirming work permits, supporting drills and site HSE meetings, and maintaining PPE and safety equipment inventory.
· Overall on field responsibility of Testing operations and crew. · Ensures that the well testing operation maintains quality and safety standards. · Overall in charge for the particular testing job. · Prepare execute and close the approved Work Permit. · Conduct tail gate safety meetings prior to the job. · Operate all surface well testing equipment within the safety limit and will be responsible for the accuracy of the measurements. · Prepare the Production GOR Test Reports. · Submit the summary reports, field tickets to KOC. · Coordinate to check the KOC Well for the next day job. · Maintain and report the equipment’s & vehicles maintenance. · Check the tools and equipment on the separator and inventory control. · Insure to check and put the well data from KOC TSMS SYSTEM
The Slickline Supervisor leads a slickline crew to deliver a full range of slickline services across various KOC areas. In this role, you will execute slickline operations safely and professionally, ensuring high-quality service delivery while maintaining strong customer relations at the well site. You will review job design, verify unit readiness and the accuracy of pressure control equipment (PCE) and downhole tools, and apply technical knowledge to resolve on-site challenges in coordination with the HSE team when needed. You will also oversee pre- and post-job activities, mentor slickline operators and assistants, lead and document HSE activities (including risk assessments and safety meetings), and complete all job-related paperwork and post-job reviews.
