- Support the Operations Team in daily field and plant activities. - Coordinate with operations staff in troubleshooting process and operational issues. - Assist in monitoring process operations and plant conditions. - Perform work according to company procedures and operational standards. - Develop problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities. - Maintain awareness and compliance with HSE requirements during all activities.
- Perform inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment. - Overhaul and maintain pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, and gas engine generators. - Carry out maintenance of static equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, boilers, and piping systems. - Conduct alignment, vibration monitoring, and condition assessment of rotating equipment. - Analyze mechanical failures and recommend corrective actions. - Execute preventive maintenance programs and lubrication activities. - Interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and technical specifications. - Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and best maintenance practices.
- Operate and monitor Oil & Gas production facilities safely and efficiently. - Conduct routine field inspections and monitor plant operating conditions. - Handle plant upsets, abnormalities, and emergency situations during operations. - Record operating parameters and report equipment defects or process deviations. - Support operational and maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted production. - Monitor process chemical inventory and field housekeeping standards. - Adhere to company HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
- Carry out corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of instrumentation systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve instrument and control system failures. - Perform calibration, testing, and adjustment of field instruments. - Execute instrumentation modifications and upgrades as per operational requirements. - Support commissioning and startup activities for new projects and equipment. - Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and technical documentation. - Ensure compliance with company HSE procedures and standards.
- Install, maintain, inspect, and repair electrical equipment and plant machinery. - Diagnose electrical faults and troubleshoot system failures using testing equipment. - Perform preventive maintenance on plant electrical systems and substations. - Execute Lock Out / Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and ensure compliance with safety standards. - Support commissioning, testing, and startup of new equipment and facilities. - Respond to operational emergencies and provide technical support when required. - Prepare maintenance reports and maintain accurate work records.
The HSE / Safety Officer ensures compliance with SPETCO HSE requirements and helps promote a strong safety culture across daily oil & gas operations. The role supports the HSE department by closing site HSE issues, conducting regular site risk assessments and job safety analyses, and maintaining accurate HSE records. You will report and investigate unsafe conditions or acts, manage incident reporting and follow-up preventive measures, and conduct daily field visits and HSE inspections. The position also includes monitoring high-risk activities (such as confined space, height, excavation, hot work, and radiography), confirming work permits, supporting drills and site HSE meetings, and maintaining PPE and safety equipment inventory.
· Overall on field responsibility of Testing operations and crew. · Ensures that the well testing operation maintains quality and safety standards. · Overall in charge for the particular testing job. · Prepare execute and close the approved Work Permit. · Conduct tail gate safety meetings prior to the job. · Operate all surface well testing equipment within the safety limit and will be responsible for the accuracy of the measurements. · Prepare the Production GOR Test Reports. · Submit the summary reports, field tickets to KOC. · Coordinate to check the KOC Well for the next day job. · Maintain and report the equipment’s & vehicles maintenance. · Check the tools and equipment on the separator and inventory control. · Insure to check and put the well data from KOC TSMS SYSTEM
The Slickline Supervisor leads a slickline crew to deliver a full range of slickline services across various KOC areas. In this role, you will execute slickline operations safely and professionally, ensuring high-quality service delivery while maintaining strong customer relations at the well site. You will review job design, verify unit readiness and the accuracy of pressure control equipment (PCE) and downhole tools, and apply technical knowledge to resolve on-site challenges in coordination with the HSE team when needed. You will also oversee pre- and post-job activities, mentor slickline operators and assistants, lead and document HSE activities (including risk assessments and safety meetings), and complete all job-related paperwork and post-job reviews.
